Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods.
2. Refunds
Since our products are digital audiobooks and accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription or purchase is confirmed. However, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional cases:
- If you were charged due to a technical error (e.g., double billing).
- If the service was completely unavailable for a significant period (more than 24 hours) due to our server issues.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be processed.
3. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
